Refund Policy

Refund and Cancellation Policy

Thank you for shopping at Hera.gg. Due to the digital and intangible nature of our software products, we have a strict policy regarding refunds.

  1. General Policy
    Once a software license key has been delivered and accessed, we generally do not offer refunds. By completing a purchase, you acknowledge that you have waived the 14-day cooling-off period standard in the EU for digital content.

  2. “Ban” or “Detection” Disclaimer
    Refunds will NOT be issued because the software was “detected” or your account received a ban/suspension. As stated in our Terms of Service, the status of anti-cheat software changes hourly. It is the user’s responsibility to check the current status of the software before use.

  3. Chargebacks
    If you file a fraudulent chargeback/dispute with your bank or PayPal, you will be permanently blacklisted from Hera.gg and your hardware ID (HWID) will be banned from accessing our servers.
